Reducing Stress, Improving Communication
(1.5 Continuing Education Credits Available)

Stress is everywhere.

Teams feel it.
Leaders feel it.
Communities feel it.

And when stress rises, communication often breaks down—misunderstandings increase, collaboration becomes harder, and people feel more disconnected.

But stress doesn’t have to derail relationships or teams.

When people understand how stress works and have tools to respond to it, communication improves and connection grows.
