Forgiveness and Resilience: Building Inner Strength for Healing and Wholeness

What to Expect

This 1-hour workshop explores forgiveness as a practical skill for building resilience, reducing stress, and supporting emotional well-being. Participants will learn how unresolved hurt can affect stress and recovery, and how releasing emotional burdens—when and if it feels right—can support greater balance and inner strength. The session is trauma-informed, emphasizing choice, safety, and self-compassion. No personal sharing is required, and forgiveness is presented as a personal process, not an obligation.

Learning Objectives

  • Understand forgiveness as a healing process
  • Explore the emotional and physical benefits of forgiveness
  • Move closer toward wholeness
