Agreements
Welcome to the Resilience Learning Community
This space belongs to all of us. It’s rooted in safety, respect, and inclusion—and shaped by the values of a trauma-informed approach. By joining, you agree to uphold these community agreements so we can co-create a space for learning, growth, and connection.
Community Agreements
These guidelines are here to help us feel safe, seen, and supported:
Respect for All
We treat everyone with kindness, compassion, and dignity—no matter their experiences, identity, or background. We engage with curiosity and the intention to deepen our understanding of one another.
Confidentiality
Personal stories and experiences shared in this space stay here—unless explicit permission is given to share them. Keep the lesson, leave the story.
Consent and Autonomy
Participation is always voluntary. No one is expected to share personal details or engage in anything that feels uncomfortable.
Nonviolence in Communication
We use respectful, clear language in all interactions. When conflict arises, we approach it with a mindset of problem-solving and care. If we’re unsure how to navigate something, we ask for support.
Awareness of Activating Content
We are mindful that certain topics or language can activate others. When sharing something potentially sensitive, we offer context and give space for others to step back if needed.
Collective Wisdom and Support
We honor each other’s boundaries and celebrate the strengths that come with lived experience. We offer encouragement—not unsolicited advice or solutions.
Cultural Humility and InclusivityÂ
We value and celebrate diversity in all its forms—across race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, ability, neurodiversity, and more. Discrimination, hate speech, or microaggressions have no place in this community.
Shared Responsibility
We are all stewards of this space. If harm occurs, we work together to repair it—with care, humility, and a commitment to growth.
Feedback is Welcome
This is a learning space for all of us—including those who hold leadership roles. We welcome your feedback and take it seriously.
How Feedback Is Managed
In the Resilience Learning Community, we take these agreements seriously to protect the integrity of our shared space. If a member violates these agreements, our team will review the concern and may take steps including a conversation, a warning, or removal from the platform—depending on the severity of the situation.
Our goal is to foster accountability, deepen understanding, and offer opportunities for repair—rather than punishment—whenever possible.
